Built for one person Closed 6 or more deals last year. Has an ad budget. Wants listings, not more contacts.

Ten held appointments in 45 days. Or the desk keeps running free.

We build the ads. A person calls every enquiry in five minutes and books it. $2,000 once, then nothing until a deal closes.

What they actually say

You didn't lose it. You called back second.

  • 01
"Leads have become an expensive commodity."$795 a month. 50 to 70 of them per closing.
  • 02
One family deal closes, then the panic starts.Referrals are the best lead you get and the one you can't turn up.
  • 03
The leads you already paid for never got called. Not once, a lot of the time. They're still sitting there.
  • 04
"We get these stupid pay per close emails all the time.""Most seem like a scam." We know. Read the next bit.

Straight up

Yes, this is a pay per close offer with an upfront fee. That's the same shape as the emails you delete.

Here's the difference, and you can check all three before you pay us a cent.

  • The $2,000 buys an asset, not access. Campaigns, CRM and sequences, built in your accounts. Walk on day 46 and you keep them.
  • We never touch your money. You fund your own ad account. Nothing routes through us.
  • No guaranteed leads. We count held appointments, and you see the count every Monday.
How it works

Enquiry to booked in five minutes.

You're only in the last one.

  1. The ad runsMeta and Google. Live in seven days.
  2. The enquiry landsInto a CRM in your name, stamped.
  3. A person callsFour questions. Seven days a week, until nine.
  4. It hits your calendarConfirmed, reminded, chased. You turn up.
What gets built

Six pieces. You keep them.

Four things on day one.

The deal
You pay $2,000 to build it. You fund your own ads. After that we don't get paid until you do. No retainer. We take 15% of the commission on deals that came from appointments we booked and tracked. If we haven't produced ten held appointments in 45 days, the desk keeps running at our cost until we do.

Four things that have to be true on your side

  • Ad account funded at $1,500 a month or more
  • Two hours a day open, five days a week
  • Creative approved inside two business days
  • You turn up to the appointments
Why ten

One desk covers ten agents.

Past ten, five minutes becomes twenty. That's the whole reason for the cap.

Fit

Who this is for.

Right fit

  • Six or more closings in twelve months
  • $1,500 a month for ads, or already spending it
  • Answers the phone and turns up
  • Wants listings, not brand awareness

Wrong fit

  • First year in the business
  • No ad budget
  • Wants a website or social media managed
  • Expects us to close the deal

FAQ

Before you apply.

How do you decide a deal came from you?

The CRM stamps it on arrival and again when we book it. Traces to a stamp, it counts. If not, it doesn't.

What counts as a held appointment?

They show up. No shows don't count toward the ten.

What happens to the CRM if we stop?

You keep it. Built in your accounts from day one.

Do you work with another agent in my area?

No. One agent per market, and we'll tell you.

Why only ten?

One desk covers ten agents before five minutes slips.

Ten held appointments in 45 days.

Or the desk keeps running at our cost until you have them.
