Privacy

Last updated 27 July 2026. Plain version: we collect what you type into the scorecard, we use it to talk to you about your own business, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• What you enter in the scorecard: your answers, company, name, email, phone and the area you build in.
• Standard analytics from Google Analytics and the Meta pixel: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser.

Why we collect it

To send you your score, to work out whether we can help you, and to contact you about it. If you become a client, to run the work you hired us for.

Who sees it

Us. Plus the services we use to run the site and store the data: Google, Meta and our CRM. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other contractors.

Advertising and cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel set cookies to measure whether our ads work, and Meta may show you our ads afterwards. You can opt out through your Google and Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser. The site still works if you do.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after we last hear from you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email sandy@zippyscale.com and ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will do it and confirm in writing.
