Privacy

Last updated 17 September 2026. The short version: we keep what you type into the fit quiz, we use it to talk to you about your quiz answers and your call, and we don't sell it.

What the quiz collects

• Your answers: solo or team, closings in the last 12 months, city and province or state, monthly ad budget, where your business comes from, buyers or sellers, what you mostly sell, and how fast you reply to new leads.
• Your contact details: name, email, mobile number and brokerage.
• Whether the quiz found you a fit, the time you finished it, the page address (including any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source) and your browser's user agent.

Where it goes

Your answers and contact details go into a Google Sheet that ZippyScale controls. Only our team can open it.

If you're a fit, the booking calendar on the results screen is run by cal.com. When that calendar loads, cal.com receives your name and email so its booking form is filled in for you. If you book, it also receives the time you pick. cal.com handles this under its own privacy policy.

Google (which runs Google Sheets) and cal.com may store this information on servers outside Canada.

How we use it

To show you your report, to decide whether we can work together, and to contact you about your quiz answers and your call by email, text or phone. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Page and quiz activity

This page records a few simple events in the same Google Sheet: that the page was viewed, that a "Check my city" button was used and in which part of the page (not the city you typed), that the quiz was started, which question was reached, whether the result was a fit, and whether a call was booked. Each event carries the page address, any campaign tags in the link and a random visit number that is made fresh on each visit and never stored on your device.

This page sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics: no Google Analytics and no Meta pixel. The cal.com calendar, which only loads on a fit result, may use its own.

Deleting your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to review your quiz answers and follow up with you.

Email sandy@zippyscale.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll delete it from the Sheet and reply to confirm.
